Resigned from my Capital One customer service job yesterday

I was working from home as a call center representative for Capital One credit cards. I've only been in the position for a month and I absolutely hated every second of it. You'd think being paid to sit in front of your computer and do nothing all day sounds like an easy job, however I quickly realized this doesn't equate to an enjoyable work experience, if one does exist. I was hired to take calls from 8 AM to 12 PM and then got a 4 hour break, then take calls from 4 PM to 8 PM. It was the most droning and mind-numbing position I've ever worked, I even tried killing time by watching shows on my laptop and playing games… When I wasn't getting a boring call I was getting angry, abusive callers who needed to be explained the same reason why they couldn't receive their funds until…

I was hired to take calls from 8 AM to 12 PM and then got a 4 hour break, then take calls from 4 PM to 8 PM. It was the most droning and mind-numbing position I've ever worked, I even tried killing time by watching shows on my laptop and playing games… When I wasn't getting a boring call I was getting angry, abusive callers who needed to be explained the same reason why they couldn't receive their funds until after a certain period of time over and over again.

I don't have much savings, it's about $1400.00 and my $500.00 rent is due on the first of every month, the way I look at it I need to speedrun finding a new job before June 1st.

I know everyone and their mother says 'you should always look for a job while you have a job', I just couldn't take it. I don't know how much better I'll fare in the coming weeks desperately searching for a new job, I figure if I really work my ass off applying to jobs I will come by another one I can get into that will also hopefully be a more manageable work from home position for me.

Pray for me… Or leave me helpful advice or experiences you've had in a similar “I quit my job” situation.
