I submitted my resignation letter to my manager and HR towards the beginning of this month and they replied back with acknowledgement. I've been out of my role for over two weeks now, yet they're still showing me as active in the system. Surprisingly, I received an extra check this week which is for the period that falls after I effectively left. My last check should've been two weeks ago…
What would you do in this situation? My company has been mired in absolute chaos over the last 5 months, with several re-orgs having taken place and management from different branches of the company now managing employees from different locations, etc. Total shitshow. They're going to realize this error at some point, right?
