There is a big push right now to return to office. And if workers don't demand flexibility, eventually full time office will be expected. Don't fall for it – productivity outpaced pay increases 3.7x from 1979 to 2021 & productivity took no hit during full time remote work.
Fight for Hybrid & ultimately full time remote. If your company is insisting on 4 days in the office, fight for 2 and maybe you settle at 3. The biggest thing is to make sure full time office work is never normalized again.
