I had an issue regarding being paid OT after risking a walk, (im the bus factor) They agreed to cut me a check for OT, and give me a riase. They said the taxes wont come from the OT check, but theyll be pulled from my next pay period Feels like a ruse to my good faith with a new raise to keep me past the next period.
