Have this performance review type thing where I get to discuss what’s going well/bad for me and what my boss thinks is going well/bad.
HR and people above my boss will also go in later and see what I wrote so I’m wonder what I should leave off the record and instead just tell her.

Like should I strictly keep it to workload related things like “we need more barcode stickers” or the “folders are always piling up”
