Review coming up. How honest can I be?

Have this performance review type thing where I get to discuss what’s going well/bad for me and what my boss thinks is going well/bad. HR and people above my boss will also go in later and see what I wrote so I’m wonder what I should leave off the record and instead just tell her. Like I haven’t been happy here in months. I’m the opener and I feel like I get taken advantage of-But I can’t mention that right? Like I’m still trying to keep this job Or There’s this one coworker who is on the same shift as me who gives me so much attitude. But should I mention that? Like should I strictly keep it to workload related things like “we need more barcode stickers” or the “folders are always piling up”
