Just got a call for a remote work job that sounded really great for my qualifications, albeit the interviewer admitted there is a high turn around rate. $15.25 an hour ~ which is ehhh but there is commission. Where they lost me was that you get zero sick time, paid time, or vacation time for 6 months! I’ve heard of 60-90 day probation for benefits but it immediately turned my mood sour and I explained to the interviewer that it feels ridiculous that anyone would have to work 6 months and pray to God that no one in your family gets sick or something comes up that you have to step away from work for the day.
