Tripped over a wayward air hose and fell at work this weekend. Ate the floor, cut my arm on the machine on the way down. Second time this has happened. The first time, I bitched about it to get fixed, heard the “ok we'll get right on it, safety is our priority” etc etc. least they could do is replace the unnecessarily extra long hoses with the coiled up type. Of course nothing's been done, and then it happened a second time. So I ripped the fucker out and made sure there won't be a third time.
