risk of getting fired – yay! help.

more than half my team has left. i’ve taken all their accounts. i’ve said no, i’ve asked for a raise, i’m not afraid to speak up, & i’ve even asked for more hires. answer is no no no… trust me when i say i’ve tried, and even though i “shouldn’t take no for an answer” i find that there is only so many times i can ask. my salary is horrific, (48k in nyc) my boss is horrific the company is terrible and i have insane stress i cannot sleep or not think about work. I was placed on PIP AGAIN, my “workload being way way way past max capacity” is not an excuse to my boss for missing deadlines. basically i’m done, so i’m down to get fired to get unemployment. can i tell future employers that I quit even though i was fired? and i want to use…

can i tell future employers that I quit even though i was fired? and i want to use my time to take online courses and study for certifications. i’m applying to professional work but i’m also working on a jewelry line. is this all a good plan? i know the market is terrible and it could take me a long time to find a job and i’m scared
