I want to enjoy the day I have off and relax but all I can think about is how I am working the next day. It’s ruining my entire day off and I’ve done this before, I spend all day thinking about my responsibilities and then I end up dreading waking up for work in the morning (already do but it’s worse now). Does anyone have any tips on how I can get my brain to chill the fuck out and stop obsessing over the next days’ tasks? I’m burning myself out for no reason.
