So I work security in Texas. I get PTO as part of my benefits for my job. Upon requesting both myself and my manager were denied PTO. Reason being we must work the full year and qualify with certain hours worked. My job expects us to work for the full year wait until we get our pay out and then immediately take 5 days off is this normal ?
