I'm a salary butcher in a resort location, use to get

My pay was based off of what I made at my previous butcher job (25 x 40 hrs a week). I am given a schedule, only have a couple of high school kids in the summer months.
I did get them to drop my summer hours down to 60 (after I got a life flight to the hospital). I'm still getting shafted. Oh and we use to get 2 weeks off before and after summer, but now its just 2 weeks total. I got 1 “annual raise 3 years ago.
but I did recently find out that I am (in MA) eligible for overtime. Due to the fact that I do not hire or fire people and have no one under me to boss around.
should I get a lawyer or contact the state directly?
