Some background:
Title is Store Manager

Manages less than 10 people but is the highest ranking person in the establishment

Manager is by themselves most of the day doing menial cashier work if short staffed and not managing other employees.
I am required to work a minimum of 48 hours a week.
Company monitors store manager time by making them clock in and out.

Store manager does not have any influence over rate of pay, hours of labor, establishments open or close time. Furthermore has to get approval for overtime, open late / early closings. Most of the time managers who close/open have less than an 8 hour turn around for their shifts.
