Just because your salary does that mean you’re not supposed to get overtime pay? i’ve heard mixed things but wondering what’s true as there’s nothing in my contract aboit it. There’s plenty of times I am required to do work after hours but do not get paid for it. Is that normal since i’m salary ? I live in the state of New Jersey – not sure if it differs by state
