I am applying for a new job and am constantly stunned by how many jobs don’t have a listed wage/salary. I know there is laws in other states that mandates employers post a salary range on job applications, but in California, where I live, there’s no law. Literally 1 in every 6 or so have their salary actually posted. I am not applying and going through a whole interview process not even knowing what you’re willing to pay. That’s actually insane. What a scummy practice. I literally only apply to jobs that post their salaries, I’m not going to waste my time
