So since Aug of 20, I've been work for a oil change place in the Midwest. For the time I was there my first boss had a problem with my rainbow mask, told me we'd have problems if I was apart of the lgbtq+ community, almost got into a fist fight with boss's friend.(and co-worker) Got transferred meet a great boss then they started treating us like shit(we're essential employees worked through hight of c-19) running us with bare bone staff, capping pay scale, no bonus for lack of employees that meet company standards for them to be payed out. Now we got a new boss that is an ex drill sergeant yells at guest swears all the time to and around the guest kicks in my anxiety( put my 2 weeks in) and as I type this( suppose to be getting ready) to work one of my last days out my body is In fight or flight at the thought of going to this place. The only reason I don't quit is I'll lose out on the pay out of my last 3 days of pto I hate myself for being so damn dependent on this job but here I am… just need to vent to the void.
