I've had enough. People are getting promoted left and right just because they have a personal connection to the boss's family. They're not qualified. They started lecturing us in what to do. I've been excelling and getting great feedback for the 3rd year on a row. She doesn't have the basic skill.
There has been an earthquake again and they called me to come to the office. The employee getting the promotion was there telling us how important it is to do our jobs in crises. YOU DONT EVEN DO IT WELL OUTSIDE THE DISTRESS OF A CRISIS.
