It's needs to be stated that I am effectively a contractor who is treated like an employee when it comes to duties. It's both complex and simple but most importantly it's exploitative.
Anyways, today they ask me to work through my days off. For the last few years that meant my regular pay. I replied that I would work for the legal overtime rate and a bonus on sales made.
Their reply was that they are considering changing the schedule. I've seen them do this before, it's there way of reminding me that they choose what they pay. It's their way of manipulating me to give up my free time to work for illegal wages, again.
