So Im scheduled for a 10 hour shift tomorrow, honestly wouldn’t mind since my job is very laid back. But the problem with this is that this scheduling is for a “group huddle” in the morning. Last week we has the same exact thing, group huddle in the morning, and me being scheduled for 9-7. But what happened last week was my manager telling me to clock out once the “huddle” was concluded. It lasted an astonishing 30 minutes. He then tells me to come back to work around 1:30. Are they allowed to do this? Do I have to attend the “huddle”? Should I just stay at the store and remain clocked in since Im scheduled for it? Not sure what to do but I hate that they’re wasting my time with this BS
