Just a rant here. I have a coworker that is forcing me to do her work after I straight up told her I couldn't do it and that its not my job. All she does is sit there and do nothing. I took over for her temporarily when she was on maternity leave and I do her whole job on top of my responsibilities and she gets paid commission on top of that while i dont. Words can't explain how much rage I have in me that I'm getting paid the bare minimum and she gets away with it.
