Seeing my work schedule gives me massive anxiety

I’m a bit high right now, so apologizes in advance lol. But as the title says, when I see the notification that my work schedule got posted, I’m overcome with a massive wave of anxiety. Idk what that says about me, but I think it might be a sign that my job has taken a massive toll on my mental health, even after only 2 months. I work at Starbucks and the amount of anxiety and stress I’ve got there even after the short time I’ve been there has made me almost afraid to look at my schedule. It’s gotten to the point where I need to hype myself up to look at the days I’m working. The anxiety of knowing what’s in store for me at work is awful. I have half a decade of restaurant history (mostly sit down restaurants), but Starbucks is a whole separate beast. Maybe the fact that I’m in a high traffic store with super entitled customers has something to do with it. This job has actually drained any excitement about working out of me.
