We have an annual review at work every year. Our company has an Employee Self Evaluation Form we can fill out ourselves to point out what we did during the year. I was told the first year it was mandatory even though it clearly says its voluntary at the top of the page, so ever since then i have refused to fill it out. That time has rolled around again and my supervisor asks if I'm going to fill it out this year. No, I'm not, just like previous years. He tells me I'm not a team player because i wont help him out. Guy literally does the bare minimum and puts his work on me and the other guy in our department but I'm not a team player. He says hes going to tell his supervisor that I'm being uncooperative. Screw you! Do you job and fill out the review. You've had all year. BTW, i already spoke to his boss 3 years ago and he said “its voluntary, you don't have to fill it out.”
