I have a few part time jobs , the one I am having an issue at. It’s a very part time (10 hours a week maybe ) merchandiser job . Long story short my district manager is a nasty , rude lady . She’s screamed at me on the phone on multiple occasions . She’s gotten mad at me and taken my work off my schedule and let someone else do it just because she was mad at me . She’s done things like this to multiple people . She has attempted to suspend me before because I couldn’t pick up extra work . We don’t have many merchandisers for our company in the area anymore because of her . I want to quit because I am tired of being treated like this . It would be over email or text because I want proof of what I said and I also don’t want to call her on the phone. I don’t necessarily Want to burn a bridge but I want her to know she’s the reason I quit .
