Set boundaries with employer and was terminated. What are my rights?

I had been employed as an executive assistant for 4 months. Long story short I was being forced to do 3 jobs. I spoke up and my employer tried to back me in a corner to resign. I said no. We agreed to discuss April 13th. I never heard from my her. I go to log in today and I have been revoked access to all my stuff. I texted her, saying, hey I never heard from you. She said she was expecting me to reach out. I assume I was terminated for speaking up and not accepting being taken advantage of. Do I have a right to unemployment? If so I need her EIN. What do I do if she refuses to provide this? I haven’t responded to her because I don’t want her to try and back me in a corner again. What should I do?
