Today is a holiday in my province. We work at multiple job sites with multiple supervisors. The supervisors of one of the sites I am at later in the week called me today and did not leave a message.
This irked me a little as I am not at the job site in question until the end of the week. If it was for tomorrow, different story. I felt the person didn’t need to call me. Everything can get worked out tomorrow.
I said this felt like time theft even if unintentional and that I wasn’t calling back until tomorrow. My. co-worker thinks I should be courteous and call back.
