Sexism in the workplace and how to report.

My mother works for a well known pharma distribution company and has been experiencing sexism in the work place. She had been promoted to a supervisory role and has been introduced into the “ boys club”. She has since noticed a clear and obvious distinction between how males are treated and her. I have instructed her to gather evidence by printing email conversations and letters from male and female, past and present colleagues that are willing to describe the issues the females in these roles are facing. She has many stories and the ability for coworkers to write letters confirming. It is obvious sexism and as a son I can’t just stand by and let this happen. I would like to get some guidance from this sub in regards to specific data to be collected, formatting of the info, and to whom the best place to report issues like this.…

I would assume a report to the US Equal Opportunities office would be a start. Any additional information would be helpful. She is obviously worried that if anything was to come up she would be immediately terminated and only has 3 years until retirement. Thanks.
