So I am a single father. I recently took a job where the recruiter lied about what I was going to be making. Now if I don't work overtime I will struggle to make ends meet. I was talking about this with a co-worker when a female co-worker who was not part of the conversation said “well there's always amateur night” insinuating that I strip for the extra money I need. Now if this was a single mother struggling and worried about finances and a male co-worker said the same to her would it be different? Definitely mentioning it to my boss when I go in today.
