I make $23/hour with a $2.33 shift differential. I don't understand why I don't get that differential on my paycheck for a holiday when the plant is closed?? Its not my fault the plant is closed and it is part of my pay I was given when I agreed to work here. And day shift still gets their full pay and days we are closed. Anytime we are off for a holiday I am getting short changed on may paycheck.
