I have a boss who doesn't like me. I managed to get a promotion under them but as it turns out, it just gave them more ways of using me as a scapegoat for problems we face. So I stepped down from that promotion.
Thankfully, I've put in for a different role; but I'm being faced with a potential problem. I might get written up for a mistake that got made on my current area- I don't want the company to use this to discredit me. I know I'm not as skilled as others in my current area, and that's why I'm wanting to switch to this other department- the focus is more on areas i know that I'd excel in.
Idk what kind of advice I'd want to ask for… anyone make it through a similar scenario?
