I work an IT job and I feel like I'm getting super underpaid. Thing is, I really like my team and my Direct manager is probably one of the best if not the best managers I have ever had. Me and my girlfriend have been discussing planning for a child in the future and we both agree that with my skill set I should be making way more, at least the national average for my position. I feel this sense of guilt even looking at different jobs and it's preventing me from applying. Especially with the the summer season coming up (I work for a company whose primary busy season is the warmer months).I don't want to leave these guys asses out. But at the same time I have to think about my future. I think I need some advice…
