Guys I think my boss's phone is broken. Her phone will automatically block my text messages when I send to her (regardless of content). It only unblocks me when she sends messages to me first.
No matter what I sent to her, either about my paperwork, work time, Pay app technical issue or the most recently, about my hire date (recorded on my account) was incorrect. She will not reply.
Yet she said she is super approachable…. I don't know what to do. My company doesn't have a HR and I believe that she is in charge of financial issues and paperwork…
