I applied for an internal position a month ago. Had a 1st round interview in November and a 2round interview on Monday with the hiring manager. At the end of the interview he said “you should hear something by the end of this week” Because he told me they were trying to get this role filled before he went on vacation for Christmas. I haven’t heard from the recruiter all this week. So should I just assume I didn’t get picked for the position?
