Honestly I'm in absolutely no motivation to continue in my firm, the last season almost drained me and the pay here is sub standard. I currently have a opportunity to 4x my salary and have a better work life balance somewhere abroad. Problem is I will be leaving during jan which is when busy season kicks off and have a serve only 45 days of a contracted 4 month notice period. The people are relatively nice here so should I take it and piss the people off here?
