Should I make an HR complaint?

Hi. I just wanted some advice on this situation. I’ve worked at this bank for three years. I started as a banker and was a student as well and recently (in September) I switched my role to being a teller. I went through three managers (the first two were great and were always working with my school schedule), the third manager that I have now definitely has something against me or something. I became a teller because I just didn’t want to work under her anymore as she was being very micromanaging and causing too much stress for me. I also switched because I figured the part time teller position would be more beneficial in the sense of having to go my doctors frequently(I had to go twice a week).

Long story short, I informed her of needing a specific schedule until the end of the year and before the year ended she changed my schedule into working the three busiest days to close while everyone else closed once a week (this is new..). And that she wouldn’t work my school schedule anymore. Before becoming a part time teller, I did wanted to be a full time teller because it could’ve worked with my specific schedule and with school later down the road (the previous full time teller had a lot of flexibility) but she told me I would close most days and have off one Saturday. Mind you, the full time teller that was recently hired only closes once a week and is off two Saturdays, sometimes three. She leaves early most days. This goes the same for my teller lead, her schedule is chef kisses, she never closes or works Saturday. This is my first time working with a teller lead who has a schedule like that. The part teller previously never had issues with their schedule but that was before she became our manager.

Ever since she has become the manager, I know she does discriminate against age. She has told me and my old part time teller (she left because of my manager) that we have more times on our hands because we’re young and have no kids (this rubbed me the wrong way because I don’t have more time at all as I have to help my mom and I live independently and go to school). She also used me as an example in a meeting when she brought up having priorities “my kids are all grown up so I can focus….xxxx has her studies” there is also favoritism as well, as a small example if I’m sick or have to take care of my mom she doesn’t care at all and gives me the cold shoulder but if one of her favorites is in the same situation, she sympathize a lot with them and checks up on them. She also talks in her language with the other coworkers and one other coworker tends to go to her house a lot and gets away with coming late and using her phone. In general, it’s a very toxic environment. I’ve had some of my coworkers complain but they’re too scared to say anything. I would like to stay with the company because of the benefits and it pays well but my mental health is taking a big hit and I’ve never worked in an unfair or toxic environment like this before. I’m not sure what to do. When I was banker, I did talk to her about how the team felt there was favoritism occurring and the lack of help of others but she shrugged it off.
