Ok, so I am a pharmacy tech, just got done with pharmacy tech school In June and started this job as an extern in July. They’ve been short staffed since I’ve been there. They tried to get me hired for a while, and I was hired 2 weeks ago. Im still completing hours for my class but I’m getting paid now since I’m hired. I’m currently working another job as well and they had me sign a contract thing to be official. This is a stressful job as it is and they are making me work a day when one of the techs is getting married.
I’m changing my whole other job schedule around to work hours for this job. I get anxiety when I’m at the pharmacy and don’t know if this is for me. I want to quit but feel bad because they are short staffed. I don’t know if I should stick it out longer or just quit even when they’re short staffed.
