So to make this short and sweet. I work in Indiana, which has no laws for breaks etc. The company I work for provides a 30min unpaid lunch and two 10min paid breaks. Recently we got a new GM and he wants everyone to clock out for our 10 minutes breaks. I don't think we should have to So I didn't. Looking further into it I checked our handbook which stated what is in the picture.
So I'm unsure how to proceed, is this illegal, unethical, etc?
Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks!
