Should I stay at a job where they’re paying me under the table? Is the experience worth it?

I recently started to work as a software developer and in my search with only an internship in experience, I finally found a job. The thing is, that for a while, it will be paid under the table in cash while not paying taxes etc. There are also other things that bother me, such as that they increased the hours I would be working when I hadn't even completed my first week (without any change in pay). That the salary I currently have is barely ~10% more than the minimum wage (in my country). That we are going to skip the time meant to continue learning (as we were told on the beginning) and go right into work.
