I recently started to work as a software developer and in my search with only an internship in experience, I finally found a job. The thing is, that for a while, it will be paid under the table in cash while not paying taxes etc.
There are also other things that bother me, such as that they increased the hours I would be working when I hadn't even completed my first week (without any change in pay). That the salary I currently have is barely ~10% more than the minimum wage (in my country). That we are going to skip the time meant to continue learning (as we were told on the beginning) and go right into work.
I don't know if I ask for too much when I'm just starting, but it does seem unfair.
I also started with two other programmers and I know that while I am lost a lot while programming and have a lot of trouble grasping some things, I know that I am doing fairly well compared to them.
