Should I sue lowes?

About a week ago we got emails saying we were going to have a bbq for all employees today 4/15, and it said “impossible burgers and tri tip” I am vegetarian and I am severely allergic to peanuts and many don’t know that peanuts are related to peas. So today I went to the break room to eat what I thought was an impossible meat burger. I started to eat it and my throat was feeling funny and was starting to get tight. There could only be one reason this was happening, they cooked the Beyond Meat burgers (which is a completely different brand than impossible meat). The beyond meat burgers have Pea Protein, as I mentioned before I am severely allergic to peanuts and that makes me allergic to peas as well. I asked my manager what brand they used and they go to pull it out from the trash and behold a beyond meat packaging. I immediately tell them I am allergic to this burger and I told them I thought they were going to cook impossible meat burgers, I told them I wasn’t feeling good at all and told me it’s okay to go home.

My gf is telling me that I should sue but is this something that I can sue? I need advice.
