I was working at a chain of restaurants as Kitchen worker. It's a well known fast food chain, so one would expect that it might be a little exploative, but even for such little standard the treatment I got there during my 6 months of work was terrible. There was a gas leak not taken care of at the beginning, screaming all the time, toxic relations between workers, being late with pay, expecting workers to come on unscheduled days and manager being mad that I expected salary confirmation (Lohnabrechnung, in Germany a very important thing that should be given by employer with every pay i think). There were many other situations which made working there impossible, worker rotation was insane, young workers were usually exploited even more and I wouldn't wish my worst enemies to work there, basically. So, I would like to make complaint somewhere. I don't work there anymore, so should I just write it somewhere on google? How risky is it to write it under my name? Or should I maybe contact like some manager of managers? I would like to maybe warn other people, so if they decide to work there, at least they might have had a warning, that this workplace is really shitty. What would you do if you were me? Help appreciated
