I thought anything over 40 hours a week in Michigan is required to be 1.5x pay. I’m not sure what Overtime L3 means. $15 an hour for being a caretaker (for residents with behavioral issues) is criminal in itself. I pass controlled meds and am trained to handle life or death situations for my patients.
