Recently my work schedule is constantly getting changed without anyone letting me know then complaining when I don't show up. Even when someone is kind enough to let me know it's been changed I'm being told the day of sometimes with less then an hour's notice. It's really frustrating when I show and it turns out I'm not supposed to be there for another 3 hours or getting called randomly asking where I am.
Now we have an online scheduling app but it sucks and is never accurate and updates to the schedule take 48 hours to upload sometimes.we also have 2 printed out schedule's on the wall which is usually the accurate schedule and gets updated immediately if anything changes. You are basically out of luck if you're not there the day they change it because nobody will inform you and you won't know about till it's too late.
