I've been at this job for a while but I've never been sick, thankfully. I had a really high fever and had to call out. They were fine with it, but informed me of a policy about being 24 hours without a fever. Fine with me. However, I'm within that timeframe and am being asked why I'm not at work. I told them I was told BY THEM that I needed to wait 24 hours to come back to work. After some calls to different managers and HR, I've been given until the 24 hour mark to come back, but was told I'll need to have a meeting with my direct supervisor and HR once I'm back. I have a doctor's note. Anything I should plan for?
