Are there still entry-level jobs that are tolerable and where you are actually trained?

It seems like entry-level jobs don't really exist anymore and that employers will market something as entry-level but really want someone with experience, but do not want to pay the experienced wage. The job market is so competitive for new grads and even in my current role it is just awful. I'm a new grad and was thrown on a project with zero training, get no response from my coworkers, my manager doesn't show up to our 1:1's, and when I told her I was struggling I just get told to hustle. At my old job I was there right after graduation and got constant praise for my work because I still had motivation and drive. At my old job I was there right after graduation and got constant praise for my work because I still had motivation and drive. They praised me for “figuring stuff out on my own” but to be honest constantly having to train yourself and work 12+ hours a day takes a toll on you. I took this new job in hopes that it would be different because it was specifically targeted to college grads but it has honestly been even worse.

I got to the point where I just want to go to work, know how to do my job, do it, then leave. I just want to tolerate my job. I don't want to go above and beyond anymore. I just want to work to be work and just be able to support myself enough. I don't need to be rich or climb the corporate ladder I just want to constant anxiety surrounding my job to end.

Sorry for the rant but long post short, are there any industries/companies/job titles for entry-level roles that have this sort of life-style and provide some sort of training. I just want out of the hustle culture, work is life environment. I've also been a high-achiever (I got 99th percentile on my SAT, top 10% of my class, 3 internships in college, etc) but now I realized I just want a peaceful life and that I'm tired of the hustle. I'm still willing to do my best but just want stability and a more chill work environment.
