Sigh of relief, sent my notice letter.

Thanks to this sub, I knew there had to be something better out there, and I knew what to do if I found it. 8 months of searching, attaching resumes, then filling in applications asking for the info on the resume, then writing CVs, then creating. Applied to about 27 positions. Got 6 interviews. Was ghosted on 4. The last one seemed similar, but they asked for a 2nd call. Then a 3rd. Then a 4th. Then finally made an offer. I countered. They accepted. Compared to my last career: ~20k a year pay increase, insurance costs halved, PTO more than doubled. It's out there people. It can be a grind. Be brave.
