So I'm in a fairly integral part of my current company, we are expanding into plc automation and ondustrial robotics and im the only engineer on staff with any experience in those fields. I have been on the road installing and testing industrial robots for a client. I fly home tomorrow but I've been working 11days straight.
I asked to take the rest of the week off to recharge without dinging my pto. I got “We can talk about it.”
I don't have any more projects through end of month.
Just stupid short sighted management. All its done is piss me off and respond to a few recruiters in my inbox
