Antiwork

Slow purge so there will be fewer firings at the end of current project with over 100 workers.

Small, fake raise that doesn't keep up with inflation (so still a pay cut). More responsibilities every week, with more restrictions on how to go about said work, and yet expected to produce more week over week. Under quotas are fired in couple of weeks. I'm sure people on the fence for quota are being purposely encouraged to quit. Everyone is complaining. We're constantly gaslit and good-faith questions and suggestions are ignored as a rule. I'm sure the client (a US State department) isn't aware of the state of things. It's hellish. The work is very tough with daily beratement by the public. Many if not most of us are looking for other work, but it's just really messed up how we're all but being forced out onto the street and no one knows what we can do about it.
