Wife works for a really small business and I’m getting fed up with some of the ins and outs of it. Trying to see if she has any leg to stand on.
Total employees 5. Normal 40 hours work week.
Employees are not allowed breaks nor a lunch break. Employees are not compensated extra for lack of breaks. If the owner doesn’t want to open the restraunt that day/week they are just out, no notice nothing.
Do the rules just not apply to this small of a business or wtf??
