Both my girlfriend and I work for small businesses local to us. We had a discussion last night about how shitty management is set up at both our jobs. At my job, HR is the owners daughter… and at my girlfriends job, HR is also her manager? And there’s family ties there too.
I know HR is there for the company, not the worker, I learned that the hard way at my last place of employment. This is just ridiculous though. Do they really think that’s a good idea or do they just not give a fuck? Lol not a fan of working for a small business
