So I work at a convenience store…

I've been working at this convenience store for about a week or two. My manager had me come in for an extra shift today for “extra training,” which basically means he didn't think I was doing as well as I should've been. This was fine, of course. But when I came in to work, he went back over that I was there for extra training. I asked, “Because I need to speed up in the kitchen?” He told me, “You just need to get your shit together. All your shit. Get it together.” I am 17 years old and—again—have only worked here for about a week and a half. I have made mistakes of course, as everyone does, but with neither a quantity nor a severity to warrant such hostility.
