My direct supervisor texted me after my work hours to inform me that HR wants to speak to me before work tomorrow.
This follows our acquisition by another company in the proceeding months. We have since cut our workforce from 7 to 2 at our location, they have paid me late 3 times, and cut my hours by 20%.
Realistically I'm not losing a good job.
But I'm autistic and a job is a hard thing to come by. 85% of adults with autism are unemployed and that has been a chronic issue for me. I've had probably 15 jobs in 10 years.
So I guess I'm asking what I should do, where do I go from here?
