Why is everyone coming here to complain about the size or form of their bonus? MOST of us don’t even get a bonus.
But here you are. Complaining about the pizza party or the $25 gift card or even logo swag.
On top of it all, from what I can tell, these aren’t the baked-in bonuses that are part of your total compensation package, either. They’re just gestures of appreciation. Yeah, I mean, they could pay us more, sure. But no one is entitled to a bonus and it’s hard to hear everyone complain about it when most of us don’t get anything to begin with.
